Twilight: The YA book that started it all

The Twilight Saga is a four book series of vampire-love story written by Stephenie Meyer. The story is about the life of high-schooler Isabella "Bella" Swan who fell in love with a 104-year-old vampire named Edward Cullen.Come to think of it, it feels kinda freaky. Anyway, the story was told primarily from the point of view of Bella.

Synopsis:

Bella Swan moves from Phoenix, Arizona to live with her father in Forks, Washington to allow her mother to travel with her new husband, a minor league baseball player. After moving to Forks, Bella finds herself involuntarily drawn to a mysterious, handsome boy, Edward Cullen. She eventually learns that he is a member of a vampire family who drinks animal blood rather than human blood. Edward and Bella fall in love, while James, a sadistic vampire from another coven, is drawn to hunt down Bella. Edward and the other Cullens defend Bella. She escapes to Phoenix, Arizona, where she is tricked into confronting James, who tries to kill her. She is seriously wounded, but Edward rescues her and they return to Forks, having killed James.

Guide to Fifty Shades of Grey

Fifty Shades of Grey is an erotic romance novel by British author E. L. James which started as a Twilight fan fiction. It is the first book in the Fifty Shades trilogy that highlights the blossoming yet disturbing relationship between, Anastasia Steele (a college graduate seeking for a job), and a young, rich businessman, Christian Grey.

Fifty Shades of Grey was being made into a movie following its unprecendented success among book readers (70 million copies sold!) and despite the negative criticism it got from purists. The new movie will star Jamie Dornan as Christian Grey, and Dakota Johnson as Anastasis Steele.
